Frequently asked questions
JPG does not support transparency, so any transparent pixels are placed on a solid white background. If you need to keep transparency, keep the image as PNG instead.
90 gives excellent quality for photos. Use 70–80 for smaller files where perfect detail is not critical, and 100 only when you need maximum detail regardless of file size.
Yes, uploads are limited to 15 MB, which is more than enough for most photos and graphics.
Your image is processed in memory on our server and the result is deleted as soon as you download it. We do not keep or share your files.
